BOOKINGS
Bookings shall be from 3pm on Saturday of arrival to 10.30am on Saturday
of departure. Short breaks are available out of season - at any time and
at short notice. |

PAYMENT
Dates reserved by telephone must be confirmed immediately with a
completed booking form and the necessary deposit. We shall not be held
responsible for holding any reservation for more than four days without
written confirmation and deposit. The cost of your holiday is payable in
full, and should be forwarded at least four weeks before your arrival
date. We cannot guarantee to hold bookings unless the holiday payments
are received, as above. |

CANCELLATION
If you cancel your booking you must notify us in writing, in such cases
the deposit is forfeited. We endeavour to re-let the cottage, and unless
this is successful, the Hirer remains responsible for the balance of the
hire. |

4 |
NUMBER of GUESTS
The cottages must not be occupied by more persons than specified on the
booking form. Pets are welcome at the management's discretion. The
owners reserve the right to enter the cottages at any reasonable time
for the purpose of inspection. |

5 |
CLEANING and BREAKAGES
The Hirer is expected to leave the accommodation and its contents in a
clean and tidy condition on departure and is liable for any damage done
to the property. An inventory is provided and the Hirer is required to
pay for the cost of replacement of broken/lost items. |

6 |
COMPLAINTS
If in the opinion of the Hirer, there are grounds for complaint, this
should be brought to the attenion of the owner immediately it is
apparent. No complaint or recompense will be entertained at the end of
the holiday, or when the Hirer has returned home. |

All linen is supplied, including tea-towels and towels. |

CREDIT CARDS
We regret that Colyton Holiday Cottages do not have the facilities to
accept payment by credit card |
